SMS Opt-In — How Consent Is Collected

This page shows the SMS consent experience presented on Emonics LLC enrollment forms and on job application forms on our websites. Two separate, independent consents are collected — one for informational/transactional messages and one for marketing (job-opportunity) messages.

Both consents are voluntary and optional. Both checkboxes are unchecked by default and are independent of each other — a candidate may check either, both, or neither. Consent is not a condition of enrolling, applying to any job, receiving services, or completing any transaction with Emonics LLC. Declining has no effect on a candidate's application or enrollment.

Additional opt-in method

End users may also opt in voluntarily at any time by texting START to our number; texting START constitutes consent to receive messages from Emonics LLC as described in our SMS Terms.
